Legendcareerseu is seeking a Process Operator in Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium, to join our team in developing life-saving cell therapies. This role involves aseptic working in cleanrooms, where you'll support the production processes after receiving extensive training.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences and fluency in Dutch and/or English. We offer a permanent contract with a competitive salary, various benefits, and an excellent work-life balance.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• After extensive training in aseptic working and Good Manufacturing Practices, you will join our Operations Team. Aseptic working ensures sterility in cleanrooms, while GMP ensures products meet high quality standards.
• You support the daily aseptic and manual production process along with fellow operators and team leaders, following strictly defined actions and standard procedures.
• You perform certain production process steps within a grade A/B/C/D environment, such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
• Working in an aseptic environment means wearing sterile clothing. We work in a shift regime, no nights but weekends.

Education

• You have a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field. Mindset, passion, accuracy, and commitment to quality are more important than the specific education you completed.

Experience

• We offer extensive in‑house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.

Languages

• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.
