Job summary

IMEC, based in Leuven near Brussels, Belgium, invites you to join as a Process Integration Engineer TIP to define and implement advanced process flows for 200mm and 300mm wafer fabrication. You will collaborate with design, characterization, metrology and fabrication teams to enable new device functionality and support both internal explore projects and customer development.

The ideal candidate has a PhD or Master’s degree and 3+ years in semiconductor processing or integration, plus experience

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics, or materials).
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor processing or integration.
• Experience in integration or device engineering is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the process flows to enable new device functionality.
• Collaborate with design, characterization, metrology and fabrication teams.
• Drive development for internal explore projects and customer development.
• Manage development activities with fabrication facilities and report progress.
