Jobat is seeking a Process Expert to optimize production processes in chocolate manufacturing. You will lead new product introductions and improve plant performance across both liquid and solid chocolate operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with R&D, quality, and engineering teams to implement process standards and best practices while managing factory trials. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead new product introduction (NPI), process transfers, and factory trials.
• Optimize production lines to improve throughput, reduce waste and losses.
• Define and implement process standards, work instructions and recipes.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, engineering and operations teams.
• Analyze process performance and identify continuous improvement actions.
• Support and coach shopfloor teams on best practices and standards.
• Manage process validation linked to chocolate liquid & solid processing.
• Drive product industrialization and ensure compliance with quality standards.
