Lam Research is seeking a Process Engineer to work on cutting-edge semiconductor processes, applying materials science, chemistry, and surface engineering to develop advanced formulations and meet processing requirements.

You will analyze test data, define specs, and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency, yields, and support the roadmap for next generation products. A hybrid on-site/remote work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree + 3+ years experience, or PhD with no previous professional experience.
• Laboratory and semiconductor equipment experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct process engineering R&D for Lam’s semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and optimize processing techniques used in fabrication of products.
• Develop and sustain new processes to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Analyze test data to define next steps and variable limits for specs.
• Collaborate to plan data collection, analyze results, and report demos.
• Support next-gen product development and roadmap execution.
• Provide leadership to process technicians during execution.
