Lam Research in Belgium is seeking a Process Engineer 3 to advance cutting-edge semiconductor processing. You will develop new process formulations, define hardware requirements, evaluate data, and coordinate design needs to ensure compatibility of processing methods.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and customers, contributing to next generation product development and achieving high yields in a demanding, high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree or PhD with relevant field and 3+ years of experience; or PhD with no previous professional experience.
• Experience with SPC and/or DOE is preferred.
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python and statistical tools is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation for Lam’s semiconductor equipment and systems.
• Review and enhance processing techniques and methods used in manufacture and fabrication of products.
• Develop and sustain new processes and process improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Analyze test data to define next steps in process development and set specification limits.
