Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with operations and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and improve process health (stability & capability).
• Lead root cause analysis and problem solving for escalated issues.
• Apply SPC and FMEA to drive process stability and capability.
• Ensure adherence to Process Safety Management (PSM) and machine safety standards.
• Lead reviews of Control System data and MaC (MOC) processes.
• Support quality investigations and drive improvements in yield and metrology health.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Technology Engineers on new processes/equipment.
