Qnity in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Site Manufacturing Technology Leader for CMP manufacturing. You will lead the Manufacturing Technology Execution group, owning critical process and equipment issues, driving improvements in yield, uptime, and capacity, and aligning with the site technology roadmap.

This role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership, reporting to the Director, Manufacturing Technology Execution, and collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with technical leadership in an industrial plant.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex equipment and process issues, and to coach others.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site Manufacturing Technology Execution organization, including engineers and technical specialists.
• Set technical priorities and balance resources across improvement work and daily operational demand.
• Mentor and develop engineers across experience levels and align plans with the technology roadmap.
• Own the technology workstream of capital projects from concept through turnover to end users.
