Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions® is seeking an Lab Analyst to join our team on analytical testing related to process development. You will perform BCA assays, operate JESS, and conduct cell proliferation studies within a GMP-regulated environment.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a life science field, strong data interpretation skills, and excellent English communication. French is a plus. Full-time with flexible start times in a global, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with protein analysis, DNA assays, cell proliferation studies, and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with JESS (automated capillary-based western blot) or similar protein characterization platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret experimental data, identify trends, and communicate scientific conclusions.
• Knowledge of quality systems, data review processes, laboratory investigations, and regulated environments (GxP/GMP/GLP).
• Excellent communication in English. French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct BCA assays to determine protein concentration.
• Operate JESS and other molecular biology techniques.
• Carry out cell proliferation studies and related analyses.
• Review data generated by teammates and interpret results.
• Revise procedures and ensure adherence to quality systems.
• Communicate with client contacts to understand analysis needs and expectations.
• Report issues (out-of-trend, out-of-spec, equipment problems) and assist investigations.
• Maintain reagents, materials, and equipment in good order.
• Follow EHS guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
