Job summary

TopRecroot, based in Belgium, seeks Investment Analyst to Senior Associate level professionals to work with international private equity funds. You will cover deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, deal execution and active portfolio management across Europe, collaborating with senior teams and portfolio management partners.

Ideal candidates hold an MSc in Finance/Business (MBA preferred) and have experience in PE, investment banking or consulting, with strong modeling and analytical

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, Consulting or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and source potential investment opportunities in Europe.
• Due Diligence: Conduct financial and operational due diligence on targets.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain DCF, LBO and other valuation models.
• Deal Execution: Assist in structuring, negotiation and legal documentation.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation.
