Keystone Solutions seeks a Privacy Expert consultant to support a key client on GDPR compliance, RoPA, DPIAs, and DPA updates. You will work on-site and in hybrid mode, collaborating with the client and Keystone teams to deliver compliant data governance.

Strong knowledge of Belgian data protection law, GDPR, and ITIL is essential, with a proactive, team-oriented approach and fluency in English plus Dutch or French. The engagement offers professional growth within a consultancy framework.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work proactively and autonomously.
• 3+ years of experience as a Legal Expert (Medior).
• 3+ years of experience as a Privacy Expert (Medior).
• Experience in data governance, including data classification and retention, especially in cloud environments.
• Experience establishing and maintaining a RoPA.
• Experience drafting/reviewing contracts with service providers and clients regarding information security and privacy.
• Experience with ITIL and knowledge of the Belgian energy market is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Update the RoPA.
• Optimise the DPIA register.
• Establish a process to maintain the register.
• Update data processing agreements as needed.
• Update policies as needed.
• Demonstrate proactivity and help develop a GDPR compliance plan.
