Luminus is seeking a privacy professional to help protect personal data across a growing digital environment. You will work with the DPO and stakeholders to embed privacy compliance in daily operations and translate data protection requirements into actionable steps across the business.

You will help maintain records of processing activities, coordinate privacy assessments, and advise on privacy by design in new projects, ensuring cohesive governance with IT, Legal and Risk teams.

Formación

• 3–4 years in GDPR compliance, privacy, legal, risk management or related domain.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and Belgian data protection framework and European guidance.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiar with privacy and governance tools and IT data flows.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day privacy compliance programme and GDPR adherence.
• Maintain records of processing activities and coordinate privacy assessments.
• Advise on privacy by design in new projects and systems.
• Contribute to privacy governance, policies, procedures, and data protection provisions.
• Manage data subject rights requests and support incident assessments.
• Develop privacy awareness initiatives and training for staff.
