The Principal AI Solutions Engineer will lead architectural direction for end-to-end AI systems, spanning model research, fine-tuning, real-time inference, and production reliability, while guiding a fast-moving, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML Engineering, Applied AI, or Research Engineering with lead experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production: fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompt engineering, RAG, tool use.
• Strong Python and core ML stack experience: PyTorch, Transformers, PEFT/LoRA.
• Experience with speech AI (ASR/TTS pipelines) or real-time audio systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve multi-agent orchestration platform (Hermes/Multica) with plugins, tools, observability, adapters.
• Design voice AI pipelines with real-time latency targets (<300 ms).
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with retrieval and hybrid search.
• Define MCP server architecture and tool-use contracts across integrations.
• Lead model development: fine-tune, eval, and productionization of LLMs.
