Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Pricing & Tender Coordinator for the DACH region. The role combines pricing analysis, SAP implementation, and end-to-end tender support within an international medical supplies context.

You will manage pricing structures, communicate quotations to clients, and oversee tender processes from start to finish, including contract changes and renewals. Fluency in English and German is required; immediately available is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender, pricing and customer service or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of pricing and tender processes.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
• Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and SAP.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Ideally you are immediately available.

Responsabilités

• Pricing: analyse pricing strategies and develop the company pricing structure.
• Pricing: ensure prices get approved and implemented.
• Pricing: communicate new price quotations to customers.
• Pricing: implement pricing in SAP and update price catalogues.
• Tender & Sales Support: manage tender processes from A to Z (preparation, analyses, contracts, pitches…).
• Tender & Sales Support: communicate important contract changes.
• Tender & Sales Support: monitor tender renewals.
• Tender & Sales Support: analyze client complaints regarding contracting and pricing.
