Job summary

eCarsTrade, a digital car marketplace serving professional buyers across more than 40 countries, seeks a data-driven Auctions & Pricing Manager in Belgium to own end-to-end pricing and optimize margins on over 15,000 vehicles weekly.

You will use SQL and BI tools to set dynamic reserve prices, analyze auction outcomes, and collaborate with senior leadership to maximize sell-through, profitability, and pricing discipline in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in auction management or pricing, automotive or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to pricing.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Protect gross margin per unit by optimizing reserve prices and buy-now thresholds.
• Increase bidding activity and improve sales conversion rates.
• Reduce auction cancellations and monitor pricing strategies in real time.
• Set up auctions, select formats, and monitor bid transmissions.
• Collaborate with data science for pricing optimization and reporting.
