Boggi Milano in Antwerp is seeking a Sales Advisor to build strong client relationships and translate the brand’s vision into tangible results daily.

You will welcome and engage clients with a consultative sales approach, maintain expert product knowledge, and support a collaborative team environment while meeting store targets. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in premium fashion/menswear.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and active listening.

Responsabilités

• Achieve the sales targets defined by the Store Manager;
• Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;
• Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Welcome, engage and build relationships with clients, providing, through active listening, a consultative sales approach consistent with BOGGI Milano’s brand positioning;
• Turn the analysis of key KPIs into concrete corrective actions aimed at improving store performance;
• Turn every client interaction into an excellent customer experience through targeted storytelling, in-depth product knowledge and a sales approach designed to best meet each client’s needs;
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.
