DuPont is seeking a Production Operator at their Mechelen site to manage the production of precision Vespel® parts. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electromechanics or Mechanical Design Techniques and strong technical knowledge, particularly in hydraulics and CNC. Responsibilities include set-up and operation of machinery, monitoring statistical results, and administering production data in SAP. Candidates should be eager to learn and capable of resolving complex technical challenges. A commitment to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in hydraulics, mechanics, measurement, control techniques, and CNC.
• Team player with initiative and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.

Responsabilités

• Set up moulds based on technical drawings.
• Operate and monitor presses and peripherals.
• Administer production data in SAP and other systems.
