Trimen Industrial, a premier CNC machining and powder coating provider, is seeking a CNC Setup Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Belgium, WI. You will set up, adjust, and operate CNC mills/turns, load programs, select tooling, configure fixtures, and inspect parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC setup technician or machinist in a precision environment.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and GD&T is a plus.
• Skilled with calipers, micrometers and gauges for part inspection.
• Basic understanding of electricity and machine controls for safe operation.
• Calibration of measurement equipment and ensuring machine accuracy.
• CNC setup experience in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc or Siemens.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
