Job summary

IMEC is seeking an Integrated Power Delivery Research Engineer to advance power management for AI, HPC, and heterogeneous computing. You will research circuits and integration approaches enabling efficient power delivery from package to blocks, with verification across silicon, from concept to tape-out.

The role involves collaboration with technology, device, digital, and system teams; dissemination of results; and contributions to demonstrator ICs and publications for future computing

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering or microelectronics.
• Strong background in analog and power electronics design.
• Experience with circuit design and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with CMOS technologies and semiconductor fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop power management circuits for advanced CMOS tech.
• Model, simulate, and evaluate integrated power delivery architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to tape-out of test chips.
• Present findings to industrial partners and in publications.
