Job summary

Atcon Global is seeking a Data Analytics - Platform Lead in Belgium to manage and govern enterprise analytics platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The role combines hands-on platform administration, architecture oversight and stakeholder coordination across teams.

You will review changes, ensure security and governance alignment, and drive continuous improvement in platform efficiency, costs and adoption of standardized patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI with platform administration.
• Solid understanding of cloud platform concepts and data services.
• Experience in data architecture and analytics solution design across multiple technologies.
• Experience with architecture governance, solution reviews and applying design patterns and guardrails.
• Operational excellence mindset with platform operations, incident, problem and change management in a regulated industry.
• Experience assessing releases, lifecycle changes and coordinating impact on platforms and users.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform operations: approve access requests and activities across Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and related services.
• Assess technology changes: monitor releases and coordinate platform changes.
• Maintain platform documentation, procedures and knowledge articles for security and governance.
• Provide architecture oversight: review changes and ensure adherence to principles and standards.
• Review architecture and solution designs, mappings and ASD/PSD documents.
• Optimize cloud consumption and manage capacity, performance and costs.
