Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Power BI with DAX and advanced visuals.
• Experience with data modelling (star schema).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willing to upskill continuously.

As a BI Developer, you act as the bridge between business and digital teams. You partner with business teams to understand their data needs. You act as ambassador for the data team, build a professional network, proactively detect new opportunities where data can enable business objectives, and defend for prioritization. This requires you to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

You transform the data provided by our engineering teams through expert use of Power BI into actionable, detailed reports that empower our business users. While you leverage your main skillset for Power BI solutions, your contribution goes far beyond reports. For example, you are also capable of using the latest genAI tools to help our employees gain in productivity.

What we value

Must-have:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Power BI and capable of creating complex measures using DAX and complex visuals.
• Experience with data modelling techniques (star schema)
• Continuous learning mindset with an inherent drive for upskilling
• Fluent in English and French
• Passionate about data

Nice to have:

• Experience in SQL
• Knowledge of our current stack (Azure, Databricks, DBT)
• Strong Power BI governance and development practices (RLS, access management, workspace structuring, Dev/Test/Prod deployment flow).
