Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead to oversee a team of audio engineers and deliver top-tier voice cloning and post-production services. You will work with clients to translate needs into engineered voices, and you will refine audio edits to ensure peak cloning quality.

You will provide hands-on training on ElevenLabs tools and participate in customer calls to shape creative direction. This remote role supports global collaborations from multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, or related media fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Audio Engineers and guide project delivery.
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customers.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio for high-quality cloning and generation.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.

About The Role

Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of ElevenLabs made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform.

• Dubbing for some of the world's biggest creators (DudePerfect, Lex Fridman, Andrew Huberman), media businesses (Headspace) and broadcasters (Mediaset)
• Audiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms
• Voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for ElevenLabs' largest customers

As An Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead, You Will

• Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
