Ypto/SNCB is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the primary contact for ServiceNow SPM within digital transformation initiatives. You will manage project governance, gather user requirements, and coordinate UAT testing to ensure successful sprint delivery.

You will also organize regular requirements meetings and training sessions while supporting budget tracking and financial governance activities across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow SPM and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage project governance and financial activities.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM.
• Collect, analyze, coordinate, and follow up on user requirements related to ServiceNow SPM.
• Execute and coordinate UAT testing activities and participate in sprint planning.
• Organize bi-weekly requirements meetings and provide training sessions.
• Support project delivery processes, governance meetings, and documentation.
• Support financial governance activities, including budget follow-up and reporting.
