Qualifications

• Completed university degree in relevant area (e.g. Law, Economics, Political Science)
• Strong interest in economic and geopolitical issues
• Excellent analytical skills, self-motivated attitude and team spirit, ability to identify opportunities and advance projects
• Willingness to engage with complex issues and communicate them for different audiences
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages (German/French) are an advantage

Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assessing political developments and legislative initiatives at European and international level
• Drafting of company positions and briefings in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Active participation in various trade association activities, committees, and working groups
• Support for various departments in the preparation and implementation of legislative requirements
• Preparation of political meetings for the executive board and management in the form of briefings, speaking points and presentations
• Maintenance of the political network with national and EU institutions, trade associations, and other institutional and economic stakeholders
• Attendance at political events

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree in relevant area (e.g. Law, Economics, Political Science)
• 3-5 years of experience working in a relevant field such as a trade association, consultant, company etc.
• Strong interest in economic and geopolitical issues, good knowledge of national and European decision-making processes
• Excellent analytical skills, self-motivated attitude and team spirit, as well as the ability to identify opportunities and independently advance projects
• Willingness to regularly engage with new, complex issues and to prepare and communicate these for different purposes and target groups
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work constructively and diplomatically with different groups of people
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, additional foreign languages, especially German and French, are an advantage
