Schroders, a global asset manager, seeks an experienced Platform Risk Analyst to join the Business Management team in Luxembourg. You will support operational risk, business continuity and resilience management, third‑party oversight and governance reporting across SIM EU.

You will collaborate with first‑line, second‑line and third‑line functions to define, manage and report risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operational risk, business continuity, audit, compliance, governance or related fields.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
Experience facilitating risk assessments, workshops and governance activities.
Exposure to DORA, ICT risk management or third‑party risk management is advantageous.
Experience supporting regulatory, audit or governance processes.

Responsabilités

Coordinate risk and control assessments across the Luxembourg entity and Global Fund Platform.
Maintain and enhance the operational risk and control framework.
Monitor risk events, issues and remediation activities.
Analyze risk themes and incidents; escalate where required.
Track audit findings and regulatory actions to completion.
Prepare management information and governance materials for committees and boards.
Coordinate annual BIA and BCP reviews; support development of resilience framework.
Work with business and technology teams to identify critical services and recovery requirements.
Support evidence collection for regulatory, audit and governance purposes.
