Alan is hiring a backend platform engineer to help build reusable internal services and APIs used by product teams across multiple countries. You’ll design, maintain, and scale core platform components in a product-focused environment with a strong emphasis on ownership and collaboration.

You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. We offer remote flexibility and value in-person collaboration, with a culture built on high standards, transparency, and a focus on impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in backend, platform, or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Experience designing and maintaining internal services, APIs, or SDKs.
• Interest in turning complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Fluent in English.
