Lakeside Foods, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the plant's production, quality, and safety initiatives.

You will oversee raw materials, processing, QA, and shipping, ensuring high-quality, food-safe products while driving continuous improvement and employee engagement. The role requires a related bachelor's degree and strong leadership, with knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and SAP a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience leading manufacturing or processing operations or eight years in manufacturing or processing operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
In depth knowledge of warehouse operations, quality control, safety standards, and resource management.
Familiarity with plant functions including facilities, logistics, and maintenance; SAP a plus.

Responsabilités

Plan, implement, and supervise the operation function in the production of a high quality, food safety product.
Provide leadership on the operating floor striving for compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality.
Manage and supervise all areas of Lakeside's Plant operations to ensure optimal performance.
Promote employee engagement and development to maximize production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement goals.
