Let’s Work Roeselare Food is seeking an experienced Line Supervisor for its busy potato-processing line. You will oversee start-up and daily operation, coordinate line activities, and supervise production equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant output.

The role requires maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety, working closely with operators, and occasionally operating a forklift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production environment preferred.
• Strong supervisory and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to quality, hygiene and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Start up and monitor the production line.
• Coordinate the daily activities on the production line.
• Operate and supervise production equipment.
• Identify and resolve minor operational issues.
• Ensure quality, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
• Work closely with operators and other production colleagues.
• Operate a forklift when required.
