Job summary

As Plant Controller Belgium at Nissha Metallizing Solutions, Genk, you will be the financial business partner for the production site and lead the local Finance team. You will collaborate with management, production, supply chain and the Group FP&A to provide clear insights into profitability, costs, and capital decisions, while driving reliable reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Approximately five years of experience in controlling, FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting tool experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Belgian Finance team and align with management on priorities.
• Coordinate monthly closing and provide timely financial reporting.
• Own plant P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis with variance explanations.
• Monitor production costs, materials, labour, overheads and KPIs.
• Support CAPEX planning and project follow-up with financial insights.
• Prepare management reports and facilitate strategic recommendations.
