Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Planning and Procurement Specialist to manage purchase orders and maintain accurate planning, purchasing, and ERP data in a pharmaceutical context.

You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory levels, and support inbound logistics. The role requires ERP proficiency (SAP/JD Edwards) and strong Excel skills, with fluent French and English communication. This is a great step for 1–2 years’ experience in logistics roles in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years in admin, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar) and good Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; organized admin work.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Planning and Procurement Specialist should have:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar) and good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and administrative organization.
• Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
