Jan De Nul Group’s Envisan unit seeks a Project Engineer Planet Redevelopment to lead soil remediation concepts from prospecting through tendering.

You will develop budgets, provide scientific and technical support for proposals, and supervise on-site execution on international projects, while guiding junior project managers and ensuring time and budget adherence. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in bioengineering or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sector experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of environmental legislation, remediation techniques, and contracting law is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Developing and budgeting remediation concepts during prospecting and tendering.
• Presenting remediation concepts and budgets to the Business Unit Manager.
• Providing scientific and technical support for project proposals.
• Guiding Junior Project Managers in soil remediation planning and execution.
• Monitoring technical and financial aspects of projects and addressing issues.
• Supporting tender department with technical specifications and documentation.
• Communicating with suppliers, clients, partners, and subcontractors during tendering and execution.
• Supervising on-site work for international projects.
• Coordinating planning and managing local workers with a focus on time and budget.
