PAN Europe, a Brussels-based environmental NGO, offers an internship focused on gathering and analysing pesticide data, including residues in food. You will participate in activities related to EU institutions and advocacy, gaining experience in toxicology, policy-making, and communication within a multilingual team.

The role combines office and home work (hybrid) in Brussels, with mandatory in-person presence twice weekly and 19 hours per week for four months.

Qualifications

• A degree in Life Sciences or toxicology, Political Sciences, Law or European Affairs.
• A Master’s degree in a related field (desirable).
• Good knowledge of data analysis, Excel and relevant statistical programmes.

Responsabilités

• Assist in collecting data from European databases.
• Analyse pesticide residues in food using official monitoring data.
• Use statistical software to present results and write reports.
• Support investigations and policy-oriented documentation.
