Job summary

Telenet group is seeking a Performance Testing Lead to define and govern performance testing across the QA strategy. You will ensure non-functional requirements are safeguarded from design to release and enable delivery teams to identify risks early, delivering high-performing solutions.

You will lead the central performance testing activities, collaborate with business, IT, and operations, and continuously improve testing tools, processes, and reporting while guiding teams in adopting best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance testing.
• Experience with load and performance testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the performance testing strategy as part of the QA strategy.
• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, capacity, stability) are met from design to release.
• Collaborate with business, IT, implementation, operations teams and external partners.
• Ensure right tools, processes and reporting are applied and continuously improved.
• Organize tracking of issues, trends and improvements and provide feedback to delivery teams.
• Oversee load and performance activities and challenge estimates and scope when needed.
• Prioritize the backlog of central performance testing activities and align with stakeholders.
• Initiate continuous improvements and provide technical support for process optimization.
