Position Overview

We are creating a company built to endure and thrive. To achieve this vision, we seek a Performance & Talent Strategist who will expertly craft the talent, culture, and organizational framework that will propel us confidently into the future — with agility, boldness, and unwavering determination.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, balanced, and high-performing teams with a strategic, engineering mindset.
  • Make well-informed, rapid decisions to maintain team and organizational momentum.
  • Evaluate contractors performance regularly, track KPIs, and recommend training or development initiatives as needed.
  • Cultivate and preserve a culture free from politics, power struggles, and unproductive behavior.
  • Maintain professionalism, calmness, and focus even under intense pressure.
  • Design and implement people systems aligned with company values and business objectives.
  • Recognize and reward resilience, outstanding performance, and diligence.
  • Foster an inclusive, rewarding, and aligned work environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to ensure talent and culture strategies support business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, HR strategy, organizational development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading, building, and optimizing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to make decisive decisions under pressure while balancing empathy with performance expectations.
  • Experience using data and AI tools to inform and support human judgment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence combined with operational toughness and resilience.
  • Experience working with tools such as AI platforms, Trello, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Previous roles may include People Officer, Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, or experience in HR global functions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely across different time zones.
