Job summary

element61 is seeking a Performance Management Consultant with a focus on financial planning & analysis to strengthen our PMO capabilities in Belgium. You will work with management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning, while implementing cutting-edge software solutions for the CFO office.

You will use CCH Tagetik as the core tool and may learn Fabric Planning, Vena Solutions, Prophix or SAP Analytics Cloud.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Engineering required or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in performance management or related field.

Performance Management Consultant – Financial Planning & Analysis

To further expand our Performance Management Team, we are looking for a consultant with a focus on financial planning and analysis. Successful candidates show a great interest in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning, as well as an eagerness to implement software solutions supporting the office of the CFO.

You will join our Performance Management Team, a highly respected team with in-depth knowledge in all aspects of supporting the various financial reporting and planning processes with market-leading software solutions.

Your role allows you to develop further and extend your knowledge within various exciting customer contexts and with the leading software solution, CCH Tagetik.While your main focus will be on CCH Tagetik, you will also have the opportunity to learn a second technology from our portfolio of performance management solutions, such asFabric Planning,Vena Solutions, CCH Tagetik, Prophix orSAP Analytics Cloud. Working closely with our clients, you will steer them across the full implementation process. From requirements analysis through design, build and go-live, and beyond: defining future enhancements and providing training.

Your responsibilities

By implementing AI-driven performance management solutions at our customers, you help build sustainable added value. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with customers
• Design the functional and technical solution to fit the customer’s context and requirements
• Implement performance management solutions together with a team of skilled peers and the customer
• Organize and deliver knowledge transfer and end-user training
• Guide and coach customers throughout the implementation, through acceptance and go-live
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop and exchange best practices

Your profile

You apply your creative intelligence to answer customer business needs and create added value. In addition to that:

• You hold a university degree in Business Engineering and have 0–3 years of experience
• You are thorough, decisive, proactive,accurate and you are a teamplayer. The tool skills? We teachyou!

• Fluency in English and French or Dutch is favorable.
