Toyota Motor Europe is offering a Performance Team Intern position in Brussels. You will analyze sales performance, create reports, and support strategic decisions with an analytical mindset.

The internship provides hands-on experience in the automotive industry and exposure to Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, while collaborating across stakeholders. The role requires you to be a student for the entire period and eligible to work in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (business language)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Responsabilités

• Extract and analyze data to support performance initiatives and help improve business tools.
• Review key reports and sales KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate team touchpoints and help ensure clear and effective communication across stakeholders.
• Perform performance and competitor analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support day-to-day performance follow-up to keep activities aligned with objectives.
