TechWolf in Ghent is seeking a People Partner to partner with our leaders on the human side of their teams and to own the systems and processes that keep our people stack running. The role blends people partnering with people operations, with early scope deliberately hybrid and then consolidating based on needs and aspirations.

You will design frameworks, run payroll and HRIS processes, own performance cycles, coach leaders, manage onboarding and lifecycle events, and help shape our culture.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years as a People Partner, HRBP or People Generalist in a fast‑growing company.
• Comfortable across partnering and operations with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Adapt style to context while maintaining your point of view.
• Experience with Belgian employment law or willingness to own it quickly.
• Data mindset and comfort turning data into actionable recommendations.
• AI‑first mindset and use of agentic tools in People processes.
• Based in Belgium and able to work from Ghent office at least 3 days/week.
• Bonus: experience supporting multi-country teams (US/UK) or HR tech exposure.

Responsabilités

• Shape the next stage of People systems and frameworks, then build and run them.
• Run our HRIS, payroll, benefits, contracts, data governance and analytics.
• Own and evolve the performance engine and review timelines.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations and organisational changes.
• Own onboarding, internal moves, exits, and employee relations.
• Be a builder of culture and deliberate rituals and standards.
• Operate AI-first by leveraging internal agents and tooling to scale People work.
