delaware BeLux is seeking a Payroll & Reward Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage payroll execution, ensure data quality, and continuously improve the tools and processes that support payroll and reward activities.

You will analyze reward data, collaborate with colleagues, and help shape our reward practices in Belgium and Luxembourg. The role blends operational payroll work with strategic process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in payroll and/or compensation & benefits.
• Solid grasp of payroll processing and net salary simulations, with Belgian and/or Luxembourg tax/social legislation exposure.
• Familiar with payroll tools (eBlox, SD Worx) and proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and execute payroll with colleagues; act as point of contact for payroll and reward questions.
• Safeguard data quality and maintain and improve tools, systems, interfaces used in payroll and reward processes.
• Own process improvements beyond individual payroll runs and translate them into actions.
• Contribute to payroll & reward projects, including tooling upgrades and new comp & ben initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and provider landscape to translate insights into team recommendations.
