Ayvens in Belgium is seeking an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead payroll and benefits administration for a diverse workforce. You will manage monthly payroll, contracts, and KPI reporting within the Belgian social framework, collaborating with the payroll provider and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR, 3–5 years in C&B, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong Excel and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field.
• 3–5 years’ C&B experience, with knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong administrative mindset; fast and error-free work.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel.
• Strong, diplomatic communication skills.
• Accurate, analytical with attention to detail.
• Solution-oriented, self-starting attitude.
• Can-do mentality; translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Stress-resistant with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experienced with payroll systems E-Blox, Workday, and Protime.

Responsabilités

• Full payroll from A to Z, including data validation and monthly calculations.
• Manage social security, taxes, and benefits; coordinate with payroll provider.
• Operate the FIP tool and support colleagues with payroll questions.
• Handle contracts/addenda creation and discussions with new hires.
• Prepare monthly reports and KPI updates; keep data up to date.
• Day-to-day mailbox management.
