Bancontact Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects in our Brussels office. You will oversee onboarding of partners, activation of new products, and coordination of certifications, connectivity, and security audits.

The role requires excellent communication with internal teams and external partners. You will report to the COO and collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to align technical deliverables with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project manager role in the payment industry.
• Fluency in English is required (written and spoken) and fluency in Dutch or French (preferably bilingual NL/FR).
• Ability to coordinate multiple external stakeholders and manage complex end-to-end projects.

Responsabilités

• You manage projects related to onboarding of new partners and activation of new products.
• Coordinate certification planning, connectivity setup, and security audits with relevant teams.
• Lead governance and stakeholder communication from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, quality outcomes.
• Support business development in aligning partner needs with Bancontact solutions and assist presales efforts.
