Paynovate in Belgium is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead their Payment Accounts products. You will drive the roadmap, engage directly with clients, and ensure the product meets customer needs.

The role includes owning a critical product area, understanding pain points, and leveraging data for decision-making. If you have over 5 years of product management experience in fintech, you’ll thrive in our dynamic environment focused on collaboration and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management (not only project management).
• Experience in fintech, payments, or banking, with hands-on exposure to complex payment systems.
• Experience dealing with production issues, system limitations, or scalability challenges.

Responsabilités

• Drive roadmap and priorities for Payment Accounts.
• Engage directly with clients to understand pain points.
• Improve product reliability and ensure timely delivery.

Connaissances

Payment rails (SEPA, IBANs, SWIFT, cross-border payments)

Compliance basics (KYC/KYB, AML, transaction monitoring)

System integrations (APIs, partners, dependencies)
