Projective Group is seeking an experienced Payments Fraud Project Manager to lead strategic fraud and payments transformation initiatives for major financial institutions. You will drive end-to-end programmes, translating strategy into roadmaps and coordinating across business, operations, technology, compliance and risk teams.

You will deliver large-scale change in fraud prevention, transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance, requiring strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management within fraud, payments or payments transformation.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Experience delivering transformation programmes and large-scale change initiatives.

To support our growing Payments practice, we're looking for an experienced Payments Fraud Project Manager to lead strategic fraud and payments transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Payments Fraud Project Manager, you'll help financial institutions strengthen fraud prevention, detection and monitoring capabilities while delivering large-scale transformation programmes across the payments ecosystem

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end fraud and payments transformation programmes
• Translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
• Managing large-scale change initiatives involving payments, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring and regulatory requirements
• Driving stakeholder alignment across business, operations, technology, compliance and risk teams
• Supporting the implementation of fraud prevention and payment control solutions
• Managing programme risks and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and controls

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in project management within fraud, payments or payments transformation
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Proven track record delivering transformation programmes and large-scale change initiatives
• Strong understanding of fraud risk management, payment fraud prevention and transaction monitoring
• Experience in consulting or project-based environments
• Degree in Business, Economics, Technology or a related field
• Knowledge of payment operations, cards, instant payments, SWIFT/ISO 20022, PSD2/PSD3 or related payment regulations is a strong advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
