You will collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver value across regulatory changes, customer journeys, and digital transformation, supporting delivery in a hybrid working environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in financial services, payments, or digital transformation environments.
• Experience on payments-related initiatives within consulting, banking, fintech, or payment service providers.
• Good understanding of payment ecosystems, financial services processes, and digital transformation topics.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and business analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and working collaboratively in project environments.
• Eager to learn and develop expertise within Payments and Digital Assets.

Responsabilités

• Support the analysis and delivery of payment and digital asset initiatives across project lifecycles.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements with stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and prepare governance reporting materials.
• Contribute to workshops, stakeholder discussions, and business process analysis activities.
• Support agile delivery teams in translating business needs into requirements and solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities during project execution.
• Participate in testing, business validation, and change management activities.
