Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the utilization of existing EV charging stations. You will develop strategic partnerships, enhance site visibility, and continuously analyze which initiatives generate the greatest impact.

While the role is primarily office-based, you will regularly visit charging locations to identify new opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing actions.

The Successful Applicant

As a Partnership Manager, you bring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, combining strong commercial instincts with analytical thinking and a passion for building long‑term relationships.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Takes ownership and enjoys working independently on projects from start to finish.
  • Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in Account Management, Cross‑selling, Upselling, Brand Management, Sales Representative, or Partnership Management roles.
  • Has experience managing projects autonomously, which is considered a strong asset.
  • Is fluent in Dutch and/or French.
  • Holds a valid Category B driving license.
  • Has an analytical mindset and is comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
  • Is curious about new technologies and feels at ease working with AI‑powered tools.
  • Has excellent communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Combines commercial acumen with a marketing-oriented approach.
  • Is proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to identify opportunities others may overlook.
