Job summary

Manpower Belgium is seeking a payroll officer for a 50% part-time role within a 24/7 service environment. You will support daily HR and payroll administration, coordinate with planning and operations, and ensure timely Dimona filings for flex workers.

The position emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and the ability to manage short daily follow-ups while promoting an efficient HR administration process.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, payroll, or personnel administration.
• Knowledge of Dimona or payroll administration.
• Training will be provided to learn internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Dimona declarations for flexible staff and close the week on Monday for interim and flex contracts.
• Keep employee data up to date and monitor expiry dates of attestations and staff communications.
• Check schedules and hours in Kelio and provide monthly payroll information to the social secretariat for workers and staff.
• Work with SD Worx, coordinate with planners and operations and support extra HR administration as needed.
