The British School of Brussels invites applications for a part-time Gymnastics coach to support the Enrichment Department in delivering year-round gym activities across competitive, development, and recreational sessions.

Sessions occur before/after school and on Saturdays, with weekend competitions in the Benelux and international events. The role requires training/coaching delivery and a willingness to travel, with a pro-rated salary band based on experience.

Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate held or willingness to attend an approved course provided by the school.
• Knowledge of Gymfed.
• French and/or Dutch language ability would be an advantage.
• Ability to drive/own transport for local competitions.

Responsabilités

• Act in accordance with school policy and safeguarding procedures.
• Be a role model with high standards of sportsmanship.
• Ensure equipment is correct and in good order.
• Be available for home and away competitions.
• Attend coaches meetings and season-ending events.
• Plan and deliver coaching sessions appropriate to participants.
• Monitor kit distribution and collection at competitions.
• Travel to competitions in Europe as required.
