Michael Page is seeking an EHS Specialist to support colleagues across Belgium and the Benelux region in a global healthcare technology setting. You will act as Prevention Advisor, ensure compliance with Belgian health and safety legislation, and help bridge corporate EHS standards with local requirements.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, implementing EHS policies, leading initiatives on ergonomics, driver and fire safety, incident investigations, audits, and EHS training.

Qualifications

• Prevention Advisor certification required.
• 2+ years of EHS experience.
• 2+ years of Prevention Advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian health & safety legislation.
• Experience with risk assessments and compliance programs.
• Skilled in incident investigations and corrective action management.
• Comfortable delivering presentations and training sessions.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Act as Prevention Advisor for the Belgian commercial organization
• Conduct workplace and task-specific risk assessments
• Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
• Lead initiatives related to ergonomics, driver safety, fire safety, PPE, and employee health
• Manage biological, chemical, and ionising radiation safety programs
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses
• Support internal audits and implement corrective actions
• Deliver EHS training, communication, and awareness initiatives
