Nike ELC in Belgium is seeking a Safety Advisor to assess and improve workplace safety in partnership with EHS, operations, managers, and CPBW members. You will evaluate workstations, map risks, and translate findings into practical improvements.

You will support new installations and incident investigations, provide commissioning reports, and collaborate with DC teams to uphold Belgian welfare legislation and safe, healthy working conditions.

Qualifications

• Safety expertise with Level 1 certification preferred or 3+ years of Level 2 hands-on experience
• Knowledge of Belgian welfare and workplace safety legislation
• Ability to collaborate with operational teams, managers, CPBW members, and stakeholders
• Independent working style with ability to manage priorities and connect partners
• Fluent in Dutch and English with clear written and verbal communication

Responsabilités

• Advise employers and managers on safety and health to protect teammates and external partners.
• Assess workstations and distribution activities, map risks, investigate hazards, and translate findings into practical advice.
• Support new installations and processes with commissioning reports that are timely and actionable.
• Investigate incidents and identify root causes, proposing preventive measures.
