IQVIA is seeking a Clinic Research Coordinator to support a study site in Turnhout. This part-time role (8-10 hours/week) involves prescreening, chart review, documentation, patient enrollment, sample handling, and coordination with monitors.

Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree, have trial knowledge, and are proficient with MS Office and IRT/IWRS systems. English fluency and strong organizational skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent education and/or relevant experience
• Solid understanding of clinical trials and familiarity with study protocols, consent forms, and schedules
• Experience with lap samples and IRT/IWRS systems
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a clinical research role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English

Mansioni

• Prescreening and Screening tasks
• Review charts from the site data base
• Maintaining and updating study documentation (CRFs, EDC, eTMFs)
• Supporting patient screening and enrollment (informed consent, privacy)
• Lap sample processing and shipment
• Use of IRT/IWRS systems for randomization and inventory management
• Patient scheduling support
• Coordinating study procedures with protocol
