Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Dutch or French, strong drafting and working proficiency in English.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, notary office, or in-house legal department.

Responsabilités

• Manage company secretarial and corporate housekeeping matters for multiple group entities.
• Prepare board and shareholder documentation.
• Support corporate transactions including incorporations and restructurings.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research.
