Walt & Spencer in Belgium is seeking a Financial Controller to own the site's P&L, guide budgeting cycles and forecasting, and ensure robust internal controls across global logistics operations.

You will partner with site leadership to translate contracts into financial insights, monitor revenue versus terms, and drive cost efficiency through cross-functional collaboration. A Master’s in Finance and 3–10 years experience are expected, with English plus Dutch or French.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling.
• Fluent in English with Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Advising site leadership on financial and controlling matters, with full ownership of the site P&L.
• Leading month-end and year-end closing procedures, and maintaining robust internal control systems.
• Steering the budgeting process and weekly and monthly forecasting, taking corrective action when needed.
• Reviewing revenue against contract terms and collaborating with the site manager and customer on findings.
• Working with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes on site.
